Liminal, une association basée à Bruxelles qui œuvre à déconstruire le patriarcat, promouvoir la justice de genre, et créer des espaces où les normes toxiques autour des masculinités peuvent être explorées, interrogées et transformées.\nCet atelier, bilingue français/anglais, crée un espace sûr et intentionnel pour les hommes, afin d’explorer la tactilité et de dépasser l’inconfort lié au toucher entre eux.\nIl invite à questionner les normes héritées autour des masculinités et de la connexion physique, ouvrant une voie vers des relations plus authentiques et solidaires.\nL’atelier s’adresse principalement aux hommes (compris ici comme toute personne dont l’identité ou l’expérience de vie a été façonnée, à un moment donné, par les masculinités) mais il accueille également des femmes qui comprennent que la priorité reste aux hommes d’explorer ces dynamiques entre eux.\nÀ travers des exercices de mouvement, des interactions guidées et des temps de réflexion, les participant·e·s explorent leur rapport aux sensations corporelles. Ce processus permet de développer une pratique qui affine l’écoute de leurs besoins, intuitions et limites, tout en questionnant les schémas anciens qui ne leur appartiennent peut-être pas.\nAncré dans une pédagogie perceptive, l’atelier propose des outils concrets pour aborder les sensations et les émotions avec plus de clarté au quotidien.
